I have had the privilege of working closely with and mentoring Sanjana over the past two years at Cisco. She initially joined us as an intern, fresh out of her B.Tech program, and successfully transitioned her internship into a full-time role as a Technical Consulting Engineer.
Sanjana approached her ramp-up in Collaboration solutions with meticulous dedication and diligence. Recognizing the evolving needs of our High Touch Technical Support services team, she proactively expanded her skillset to include Server Virtualization as a secondary technology. Her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning were evident from the outset.
What truly sets Sanjana apart is her strong communication skills, eagerness to grow, and active engagement in various initiatives—be it competitions, events, or CSR activities across the Cisco campus. Over these two years, I’ve watched her confidently step into a client-facing technical role, skillfully balancing external client expectations with the demands of internal stakeholders.
